We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Teller to join our team. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing financial transactions accurately and efficiently, and promoting various banking products and services. Position Responsibilities:

– Greet customers and always provide prompt, courteous, and professional service.
– Conduct financial transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers, accurately and efficiently.
– Verify customer identities and signatures to prevent fraudulent activities.
– Handle cash transactions, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
– Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs and goals.
– Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide relevant information about banking services.
– Assist customers with account opening, closing, and maintenance processes.
– Maintain accurate records of transactions and balance cash drawers at the end of each shift.
– Stay up to date with banking policies, procedures, and regulations.
– Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and targets.
– Uphold security measures to protect the bank and its customers from potential risks.

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or related field is a plus.
– Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a banking environment.
– Strong mathematical and numerical aptitude.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
– Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Familiarity with banking software and computer systems.
– Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance procedures.
– Integrity and respect for confidentiality.
– Additional duties may be assigned as per the banks requirements.

Pay: $13.00 – $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
