Job Summary:   

Bloom Healthcare is seeking a dedicated IT Helpdesk Specialist to provide essential first-line support for electronic health record (EHR) systems and other IT-related services. The role involves diagnosing and resolving EHR and Telephony issues, managing tickets, and collaborating with both internal teams and external vendors, such as ECW, to ensure timely resolutions. The IT Helpdesk Specialist will also represent IT during employee onboarding and ensure all new employees are trained on Desktop and technology tools to perform their jobs. 

Responsibilities:  

Provide first-line support for EHR-related issues, diagnose and resolve issues timely and effectively. 

Manage and track EHR issue and requests tickets, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors (e.g. ECW), prioritizing requests and escalating complex issues. 

Troubleshoot and resolve telephony issues, including phone system setups, configurations, and ongoing support. 

Communicate company IT updates, changes, and maintenance schedules to all employees. 

Provide IT training and support during employee onboarding including setting up the EHR, Microsoft suite, telephony, and devices. 

Document resolutions, tutorials, and processes.  

Other IT-related duties as assigned 

Qualifications:  

2 years of experience in IT helpdesk support, preferably within healthcare. 

Experience with EHR systems, eClinicalWorks is highly preferred. 

Experience with call center and telecom workflows  

Experience with both Windows and Apple devices 

Experience with Microsoft Office 365 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. 

Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. 

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. The pay range for this role in the state of Colorado typically falls between $23 – $28 hourly with the potential for performance-based bonuses and other benefits. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and location within the state.
