We are now accepting applications for a Retail Group Performance Manager to join our Retail team in Las Vegas, NV. This position will report directly to the Region Manager and work closely with our Market Managers and Branch Managers.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for the daily management of banking centers for the defined market.
Provides advice and counsel to Retail Area Managers regarding effective banking center management and area profitability.
Works with the Retail management team to develop an overall performance strategy for Retail Banking.
Develops and executes the overall performance objectives and procedures for defined market.
Responsible for meeting the goals and objectives for the defined market.
Works with the community banking partnership to improve and enhance service delivery through the banking centers.
Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelors degree and 8 years of directly related experience, management experience required.
Motivational, budgeting and project management experience preferred.
Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness in decision making and problem solving.
Requires an in-depth knowledge of other related fields and ability to apply information to current role.
