As we continue to expand our presence in the market, we are seeking a dynamic and talented Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
Position Overview: As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts across various channels. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set, including graphic design, social media management, sales support, customer service, and website administration.
Responsibilities:
1. Graphic Design:
2. – Create visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, banners, and promotional content through Adobe software or equivalent online programs.
– Ensure brand consistency across all design elements.
3. Social Media Management:
4. – Further develop & implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility.
– Create engaging content for various platforms and analyze performance metrics.
5. Sales Support:
6. – Collaborate with the sales team to create sales collateral and presentations.
– Assist in organizing and executing marketing events to support sales initiatives.
7. Customer Service:
8. – Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
– Address customer concerns and provide excellent service to maintain positive relationships.
9. Website Administration:
10. – Help manage and update product listings on the eCommerce website.
– Monitor website analytics and suggest improvements for enhanced user experience.
11. Photography and Video Editing:
12. – Capture high-quality product images for marketing purposes.
– Edit videos to create compelling visual content for online platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
– Experience in graphic design, social media management, and website administration.
– Basic proficiency in photography and video editing tools.
– Excellent communication and organizational skills.
– Organized with the ability to multitask.

Hours:
– Work schedule will be (38.5 to 40 hours/week) M-TH 8 to 4:30 & FRI 8 to 3:00. With some flexibility.
