Job Description
Provides vocational and clinical direction in the delivery of employment services to psychiatrically disabled patients. Assists in the development of work related assignments. Monitors the patients progress. Oversees the implementation of outside services for patients. Ensures the program meets governmental guidelines.
Job Responsibility
Administers comprehensive vocational assessments and develops service delivery plans.
Provides job search assistance and job retention service and collects data on clients served.
Matches client wants, desires and needs with regards to employment with work opportunities.
Maintains employer contacts based on the individual participants needs.
Assists participants in making contact with potential employers and advocates on behalf of participants in case of special employment needs.
Conducts ongoing assessment utilizing actual community employment as the assessment tool.
Coordinates resources to find, evaluate, select employment sites and negotiates with employers, when appropriate, reasonable work accommodations to meet the needs of participant based on performing worksite analysis.
Supports participants in all work-related tasks, including but not limited to, transportation, support with co-workers and supervisor negotiations, ongoing and follow along supports.
Facilitates relationships between participants and coworkers to enhance the participants job satisfaction and build natural support in the workplace, and counsels and guides participants through difficult transition or rough spots in the adjustment to the job.

Job Qualification
Masters Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
Experience working with the substance abuse population.

The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.When determining a team members base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).
The salary range for this position is $58,500-$75,012/year
