Job Responsibilities

Provide innovative engineering solutions to complex technical problems, ensuring flawless execution.

Work collaboratively with teams from various departments to develop, design, build, and test new equipment.

Modify and enhance existing equipment to drive continuous improvement.

Create and manage mechanical drawings, ensuring they adhere to our strict plant standards.

Lead project management activities for assigned projects.

Collaborate with different departments including process engineering, controls, quality, purchasing, manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams.

Conduct FMEA and risk analysis to identify and mitigate potential issues.

Use SolidWorks to create models and conduct engineering analysis on components and systems.

Generate comprehensive specifications and documentation.

Develop and implement engineering test plans, activities for validation and verification, as well as engineering reports.

Collaborate with customers to address project requirements, problem-solving, and process optimization.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

A bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Strong proficiency in SolidWorks and other relevant engineering software.

Previous experience in project management.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Effective communication skills to engage with diverse audiences.

Willingness to travel as required.

Scope & Complexity

The scope and complexity of this role encompass manufacturing engineering, equipment and tooling design, process engineering qualification, validation and verification, and plastic injection molding tooling design.
