Accounts Receivable

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our clients finance team on a contract basis, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and a focus on accuracy and detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and cash application
Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up accordingly
Reconcile accounts receivable discrepancies and resolve customer inquiries
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on accounts receivable status
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely billing and collections
Assist with month-end closing and financial audits
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
