Accounts Payable

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our clients finance team on a contract basis, with the potential for full-time employment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable processes, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements accurately and timely
Reconcile accounts payable transactions
Assist in the month-end closing process
Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies
Resolve discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries
Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and efficiencies
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
2 years of experience in accounts payable or related financial roles
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
