About the role:
As a Warehouse Compliance Specialist, youll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of our warehouse storage and inventory controls. This role focuses on top markets and partners by load value, reviewing and adjusting warehouse facility checklists as needed. What youll be doing:

– Audit existing business at warehouses to ensure compliance and issue corrective action plans as needed
– Visit warehouses to ensure partners can handle new business
– Complete assessments of warehouse partners
– Internally audit warehouse partners by running and reviewing credit reports and legal histories
– Visit warehouses with customers as needed and lien SOP development

What you need:

– High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelors degree preferred
– 2 years of operational experience required
– Experience dealing with multiple warehouse facilities preferred
– Familiarity with warehouse best practices
– Experience drafting corrective action plans and SOPs
– Knowledgeable about managing contracted partner warehouses
– Ability to audit and review warehouse safety and handling practices
– Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
– Self-directed with the ability to solve problems with minimal oversight
– Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
