About the role:

As a Data Entry Associate for TQL, you will be responsible for updating information within the sales prospecting database. Information is collected on new and existing records from the sales floor and processed accordingly. This role is critical in building TQLs customer base and ensuring success for the sales floor.

What youll be doing:

– Manage internal and external communications throughout the day via phone/email
– Confirm integrity of sales data by auditing and maintaining consistent data within our proprietary system, including documentation of customer statuses, customer special statuses, new prospect data, etc.
– Qualify each new company added to our system through a quality verification process
– Develop, document, and monitor sales data needs and collection process, recommend enhancements to improve data accuracy
– Clearly and logically analyze sales data and communicates conclusions to sales management in both 1-on-1 meetings and group settings
– Demonstrate a high proficiency for excellent customer service and decision-making ability

What you need:

– 1 years sales, data entry, customer service or related experience preferred
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to maintain confidential information
– Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
– Maintains quality and high standards in all deliverables
– Self-motivated and directed
– Aptitude to handle multiple projects and tasks at one time
– Ability to respond in a timely manner to data requests to ensure daily, weekly and monthly deadlines are met
