Temporary / Seasonal Time Period 12/15/24 to 3/1/25

Use hand tools such as shovels, scoops, brooms, for sweeping, cleaning,
and repairing grain bins, augers, and dryers; Repair farm buildings,
fences, and other structures as well as farm vehicles, implements, and
mechanical equipment; Participate in the inspection, grading, sorting,
and post-harvest treatment of crops; Monitor moisture levels using
moisture sensors in the scale house; Turning levers and knobs to dry
grain, sweep bins with hand broom after grain is augured; Load
agricultural products into trucks, and drive to market or storage
facilities; Must be able to work in dusty conditions and be willing to
work inside grain bins; Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate
employer provided safety equipment.

In view of the statutorily established basic function of the ES as a
no-fee labor exchange, that is, as a forum for bringing together
employers and job seekers, neither the ETA nor the SWAs are guarantors
of the accuracy or truthfulness of information contained on job orders
submitted by employers. Nor does any job order accepted or recruited
upon by the ES constitute a contractual job offer to which the ETA or a
SWA is in any way a party
