As part of an industry-leading team, youll help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Construction Services Group, in Los Angeles, CA
Job Responsibilities:
Maintains effective and positive relationships with clients.
Serves independently in a client-facing capacity on matters of importance and complexity.
Act as the Broker for assigned Construction accounts and associated projects.
Captures and analyzes data on exposures, loss history and standard and unique coverage needs for submissions within the Brokerage Unit.
Performs submission assembly/creation where assigned.
Facilitates the timely and accurate flow of information between clients, AE and Broker account team members.
Drafts quote comparisons and follows up for binders, policies and endorsements.
Receives and runs routine and complex coverage inquiries and endorsement requests.
Understands and works in alignment with the Aon Leadership Model.
Addresses and resolves problems.
May provide guidance and mentoring to a less senior team members.
Delegates work to support staff and groups where applicable.
Performs related duties as assigned.
Required Experience:
Proficiency in PC office products such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook is required.
Evidence of ability to become proficient in the use of Aon specific software tools and actions.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of proven experience.

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $80,000 to $125,000annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
