Our CBHC services include team based care, rapid response and flexible services that will enable us to serve as an entry point for timely, person-centered, mental health and addiction treatment on an urgent and ongoing basis for adults, children and families.

The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for the management of staff, both in the office and in the field, on one of our adult teams. Additionally you will supervise staff and provide side by side interventions to individuals that focus on providing an encouraging evidence based experience for the people we serve.

Responsibilities:

Provide clinical guidance and support in developing interventions and supervision of team members

Provide direct supervision to all staff both in the office and in the field

Provide supervision to staff on clinical interventions, strength-based strategies and ensure services are culturally competent for individuals served

Ensure that the individual is at the center of all care and that all interventions are developed and provided in a manner consistent with individual preferences

Complete all required assessments, obtain authorizations, complete crisis plans and coordinate aspects of individual’s admission according to agency procedures

Complete assessments for all individuals on caseload

Manage staff providing side by side interventions to individuals that focus on problem solving, skills training, modeling behavior, optimism and encouragement

Ensure services are delivered where clients are located

Complete NOMS assessments as assigned and manage NOMS assignments, assessments, and documentation s required for CBHC

Manage the team and individuals in providing on-going assessment of symptoms and responses to staff interventions

Manage/Direct the development of treatment plans for each individual in which you are a member of their treatment team

Ensure completion of all treatment plans

Ensure that treatment goals are culturally competent, strength based, realistic, attainable and promote recovery

Ensure that each individual is actively involved in their treatment planning process and their preferences are embraced

Qualifications:

Must possess a current Massachusetts clinical license including LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LRC, LADCI, RN, PA, APRN, MD, or be a Licensed Psychologist

Must have strong clinical skills with at least 3 years of experience working with people with severe and persistent mental illnesses and/or substance use

Must demonstrate advocacy, communication skills and planning/facilitating groups.

Salary: $80,000 annual
