Job Description

The primary role involves field work, focusing on mechanical and electrical checkout of odor control systems. Responsibilities include programming adjustments to PLCs and HMIs, and servicing pumps, blowers, and other mechanical equipment.

Job Description:

Electrical Field Service Engineers conduct a broad range of inspection, engineering and supervisory tasks in support of in-house test, installation, start-up and service/repair of the full range of industrial equipment.

Must-Haves:

Background in Electrical Engineering

Field Service Engineering experience working with motor controlled hydraulic and pneumatic industrial machines preferable but not mandatory

Ability to/ willingness to learn troubleshoot PLCs

Proficient with reading electrical schematics and blue prints

Strong communication to assist companies with install of new equipment

Knowledgeable in writing project plans, test plans and equipment manuals.

Ability to travel 70% of the time

Qualifications:

BS Degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred; previous experience in the field (preferred)

Extensive travel of up to 70% both domestically and internationally.

The ability to direct and supervise the work of contractors and/or customer personnel during installation and erection of equipment.

The ability to work effectively in a customer facing, on-site role with minimal supervision.

Produce and maintain detailed work records such as Test Plans, Project Plans and Equipment Manuals.
