Job Description
Troubleshoot, perform, suggest and expedite service requests and duties as assigned to achieve superior customer satisfaction. Read schematics for troubleshooting. Receive and/or return customer calls/emails regarding technical questions. Travel to and from customer base, as well as coordinate travel arrangements with management and support staff. Prepare for delivery of parts needed and correspond with department manager when in the field. Service (troubleshoot, start-up, and repair) units in the field or factory. Work Environment
Mix of field and office work. Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm, with some overtime and travel required.
Field: Will be working in the field and on boats to service the power converters. Traveling to different destinations to service large yachts.
Office: Climate-controlled environment, clean, quiet, and allowed to sit at workstation.
