Responsibilities

– Develop and oversee business lines to ensure growth and profitability.

– Conduct market research to align products/services with customer needs.

– Create, revise, or discontinue offerings based on performance.

– Ensure business lines comply with company policies and procedures.

– Generate leads and pursue new business opportunities.

– Engage in customer outreach through calls and visits.

– Promote and cross-sell other products/services to meet customer needs.

– Monitor performance and recommend improvements to enhance satisfaction and profitability.

– Adapt strategies to address challenges and market shifts efficiently.
