This is a position for a (Customer Proof Program Manager) located in Jackson.
Summary: The Customer Proof Program manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to demonstrate the value of Cribls solutions through compelling customer success stories, case studies, and other customer proof projects. This individual will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, customer success teams and the overall Cribl community to identify, develop, and promote customer success stories that resonate with target audiences.
Duties and Responsibilities: Optimize the existing Customer Proof Program strategy to ensure alignment with Cribls evolving business goals. Streamline the process for identifying and selecting customer success stories, maximizing efficiency and impact. Enhance the framework for creating compelling narratives and case studies, improving their effectiveness and consistency. Manage the development and maintenance of a comprehensive library of customer success assets, ensuring their quality and accessibility.
Job Specifications or Qualifications:
Proven track record in developing and executing successful customer proof programs. Deep understanding of data management and analytics solutions. Strong storytelling and communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
