As supervised and delegated by a registered nurse, provides direct patient care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.

Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal
supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) required one month from hire date

Required Licenses
Licensed Practical Nurse
Must have Valid Kentucky LPN License OR compact state
