Survey Manager

Responsibilities
Prioritize and schedule field survey operations. Assignment of field work.
Provide client coordination of work requests and maintain communication with clients during work activities.
Monitor progress and completion schedules for work assignments.
Prepare budgets, fee quotations and proposals for survey projects.
Review plans and prepare stakeout points and calculations for use by field personnel.
Organize, coordinate, and prepare field work for use by office personnel.
Oversee and/or perform Boundary Surveys, ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys and the preparation of Record Plats, and Easements.
Assist in the development of and enforce company‐wide standards for field policies and procedures.
Supervise the maintenance of all survey related equipment and ensure that all equipment is in working order.
Attend project meetings in‐house and with clients as needed.
Qualifications
5 years of progressive, directly related work experience.
Prior field experience required.
Proficiency with AutoCAD software, Carlson Survey, and Microsoft Office products.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to multitask and delegate assignments to support personnel.
Registered Surveyor in the state of Ohio preferred but will consider non‐registered candidates with commensurate experience
