Job Title: Civil Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join our Land Development team. You will engage in all project phases, from design to municipal approval, collaborating with the PM and design team to provide technical expertise and support. You will be responsible for creating site plans and plan sets using Civil 3D and AutoCAD daily. Your work will primarily focus on private land development projects, but may also include municipal projects.

Must-Haves

Bachelors in Civil Engineering

1-5 years of experience

Civil 3D Design Experience

Land Development/Site Development experience

EIT (or signed up to take the exam)

Bonus

Municipality project experience

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Work Environment

Small, team-oriented, collaborative office. Core hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm, but very flexible. Local travel to job sites may be required. Preference for in-office work every day, but flexible arrangements available after an initial training period of 4-6 weeks.
