Responsibilities
Monitor applicant flow daily in the applicant tracking system and/or work with recruiter assigned to the position(s).
Update applicants daily in the applicant in tracking system
Assists Department Managers and Administrator with employee retention planning
Complete employment process for new hires E.g. I-9, tax forms, license/certification verification, references, background checks, fingerprinting scheduling, physical and drug screen scheduling
Schedule and assists with new hire orientation
Ensure Employee Problem Resolution Process is being followed and report results
Complete injury reports
Complete benefit enrollment and follow ups
Maintain up-to-date files for employment documents
Education and/or Experience
Minimum Associates Degree with 5 years of experience in an HR Coordinator or Manager capacity, or
Minimum Bachelor in HR or BSA with concentration in Human Resources
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably in the long term care setting
