Job Title: Account Manager
Job Description
Handle a wide variety of inquiries regarding transactions, products, and services.
Manage disputes and customer complaint resolution.
Coordinate and act as an advocate for the customer inside the organization, working closely with engineering, procurement, production, quality, sales, and shipping to ensure we exceed customer expectations and achieve on-time delivery of products.
Serve as a liaison for technical support and provide basic technical assistance regarding products and services – pressure, flow, electricity.
Receive order information via various means; phone, web portals, e-mail, regional sales, and enter required information into the operating system.
Follow up as needed to clarify order information, pricing, and shipping methods.
Responsible for document management.
Hard Skills
Three plus years of experience in a technical environment; account management
SAP Sales & Distribution experience preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Soft Skills
Ability to multi-task
Prioritize numerous daily activities
Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Blaine, Minnesota.
Work Environment
Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, Cubicle Setting
