Job Description:
Under supervision, assists with the planning, implementation, support and operation of telecommunications infrastructure including PBX, voicemail, voice circuits and other communication systems. Responsibilities include: Monitoring and maintaining telecommunication system performance; developing, designing, and implementing new or upgraded systems; providing input for developing disaster/data recovery plans; low to moderate level repair of complex hardware systems and software; works to resolve minor to major service outages and performs other day-to-day operational activities.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Industrial Technology, or equivalent and
Less than one year experience with telecommunications systems.
OR
Associates degree in computer science, data processing or related field and
Minimum of 3 years related experience with telecommunications systems.
OR
5 years’ experience in a medium to large centralized IS department with evidence of increasing responsibility and experience with telecommunications systems
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
No certification/licensure required.

Shift Rotation: Hybrid – Day Rotation (United States of America)
Shift Start/End: 0800/1700
Hours Per Pay Period: 80
Compensation Range: $57262 – $85883 / year
