We have an opening for an Administrative Assistant in the Customer Care Department in Fergus Falls, MN.

A two-year business or administrative assistant degree or equivalent work experience is required. Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Power Point. Must have excellent writing, organization, interpersonal communications, work prioritization and data collection skills. Must be able to problem solve and understand information to facilitate compiling and tracking of action items for multiple projects; and adapt to managing multiple data computer systems. Must have the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. High attention to detail is critical.

Provide administrative support for multiple areas including, Customer Care, Customer Service, Sales & Program Implementation, Retail Energy Solutions, and Customer Experience. This position also provides backup support to areas such as the Customer Service Centers, and the General Office switchboard. Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communications for any of the areas mentioned above. Provides support to customer facing programs. Prepare and distribute various daily, weekly, monthly reports/meeting notes including dictation/transcription. Serve as purchase card coordinator.
