Our Client is seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing and Design Specialist to join their team! In this role, youll play a key part in managing marketing initiatives, coordinating design projects, and supporting their commercial strategy. If you have a passion for branding, social media, and event coordination, we want to hear from you!

salary: $85,000 – $95,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM – 4 PM

Responsibilities

Coordinate all marketing and design efforts, including package graphics, logo creation, and other promotional materials.

Collaborate on the development of innovative marketing campaigns.

Conduct data research for marketing materials and sales presentations, working collaboratively as needed.

Support the commercial strategy by implementing appropriate marketing plans and activations.

Work closely with the global marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Manage the companys social media presence with the Head of Commercial and Global Marketing, ensuring content is accurate, timely, and engaging.

Update and maintain the company website consistently and efficiently.

Assist the Sales Team with the coordination of trade shows and other industry events.

Order and manage marketing materials as needed for the organization.

Collaborate with project teams to understand business objectives and target audiences, incorporating feedback from both internal teams and clients.

Stay informed about best practices, business trends, and emerging design techniques related to user experience and visual design.

Ensure adherence to company sanitation, food safety standards, and all applicable rules, guidelines, and GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices).

Perform additional duties as assigned.
