Responsibilities

Primary responsibility is performing maintenance on all plant equipment and facility. Utilize proper skilled techniques to assure the safe, efficient operation of all plant machinery. Further responsibilities detailed below.

Minimum Specification

–Maintains equipment, parts and supply inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed parts and supplies.

–Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.

–Minimum of 3 years’ experience of preventative maintenance work, Electrical experience, machine repair, using welders/cutting torches for fabrication of needed parts, HVAC.

–Basic knowledge of boiler/hvac and wastewater treatment center.

–Must possess current and valid driver’s license.

–Basic knowledge of NEC and OSHA regulations/ codes.

–Displays ability to plan pro-actively and adhere to a schedule.

–Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

–Ability to work on pneumatics and hydraulic systems.

–Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

–Provide basic hand tools (wrenches, sockets, hammers, screw drivers and multi meter).
