Job Description: Cabinet Painter/FinisherReports to: Finishing
Lead

Wolters Custom Cabinets is a growing custom cabinet shop that is
looking for a self-motivated, professional team member that is eager to
grow with the business.

Job Responsibilities

Reliable, Hard Working & Good Attitude

Creativity to develop new layered finishes

Ability to read shop drawings

Problem solving skills

Team player with a clean appearance with a positive altitude and willing
to learn and teach

A clean valid Illinois license

The shop and all company vehicles are smoke free

Compensation Depending Experience

Will paint and finish cabinets as directed

Job Requirements

Painting/Staining: 1 year (Preferred)

Carpentry: 1 year (Preferred)

High School Diploma/GED

Physical Requirements: must be able to lift 70 lbs, or up to 200lbs with
team-lift

Normal work week: 40 hours without overtime; Monday through Friday,
overtime at time and may be available
