Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is adding an After-Hours On Call Coordinator to our Joplin, Mo Team!

Job Duties:
5pm-8am Monday through Friday and 24 hours Saturday and Sunday.
Represent Phoenix Home Care and the After-hours On Call department in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
Develop and maintains relationships with clients by providing high quality customer service.
Responsible for all communication with clients and staff after normal office hours on weekdays, weekends, or observed holidays.
Respond to all after hours worker injury calls and refers employee to appropriate medical facility for treatment.
Must work well in fast paced environment and adapt quickly to changing conditions
Oversee all field staff and re-staff as necessary when the main office is closed
Be available to take calls as directed by the Manager
Requirements
Prior scheduling experience preferred
Multi-tasker
Great phone etiquette
Must be organized
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Education/Licensure: High school diploma or equivalent.
Will train the right candidate!
