This position is a part of the ITWorks Business Unit supporting our key Health Care clients in mid-Missouri and the surrounding area. The candidate will be responsible for driving the client through the design of clinical processes, solution and technology workflow, and successful adoption that will lead to achieved value. Prepare to manage ongoing relationships with clients, providing clinical subject matter expertise focusing on client success in utilizing Oracle Healths solutions. The Associate Delivery Consultant will also assist in change management, help identify opportunities for improvement, and is accountable for achieving the projects targeted outcomes.

Responsibilities

Strategize with our clients on priority projects to improve health care for our patients

Understand the core functioning of our Oracle Health solutions and how these solutions integrate with one another

Bachelors or Advanced degree in a discipline relevant to area of focus, plus 1 year related work experience. Minimum Qualifications: At least 4 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including: At least 1 year of licensed health care practice, clinical consulting and/or other clinical healthcare information technology (HCIT) work experience. Degree in respective clinical expertise (Nursing, Pharmacy, Clinical Studies, Informatics/Statistics, Health Care or related field). Certification required based on area of focus: Registered Nurse – State Board, Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) – Pharmacy Technician. Certification Board or Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP) – American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management. Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position. Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations. Depending on the job there may be additional minimum requirements and/or preferred qualifications
