Intern: Procure to Pay

EquipmentShare is Hiring a Procure to Pay Intern.

EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the Procure to Pay Team at our Home Office in Columbia, Mo for the SUMMER of 2025..

Responsibilities

Enter and balance accounts payable transactions

Assist with various accounting team projects

Support Finance team with recurring monthly spreadsheets using Excel, Google Sheets, Pivot tables and Vlookups

Assist Financial administrators with help as needed

Process accounts payable transactions

Post all invoices into the accounting system

Handle and resolve disputed invoices

Request credits from vendors and reconcile company credit card accounts

Prepare vendor payments and create client invoices

About You

You will be expected to work Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

What Youre Working With:

Must be actively working towards a Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher

You have excellent communication skills

You have high attention to detail

Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, basic accounting or AP knowledge

You are highly organized, pay attention to details, and able to multitask

You have a strong desire to take on new challenges with a positive attitude
