EquipmentShare is Hiring a Fleet Payables Intern.
EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the Fleet Team at our Home Office in Columbia, Mo for the 2025 summer.
Responsibilities
Determine reasoning for incorrect invoices and determine how to correct
Conduct reconciliations to maintain records and seek out any discrepancies
Willingness to work in a fast paced environment
Work independently with minimal supervision, in ambiguous situations, and persevere over internal and external barriers to drive resolutions
Ability to pull data from numerous databases and to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
Use excel/google sheet knowledge to improve processes to increase efficiency
Use your strong development and analytical skills to solve business problems across the company
Create and maintain efficient workflows and processes
Collaborate with the team to streamline processes, implement new workflows when needed, test new systems
About You

You will be expected to work hours between Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm.
What Youre Working With:
Must be actively working towards a Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
You have high attention to detail
Moderate/Advanced Excel knowledge
Proficient in Sheets, basic accounting or AP knowledge
Able to work on a team or individually
Effective communication across multiple platforms
Able to work in a fast paced environment.
A self-starter who can multi-task well and meet deadlines
You have a strong desire to take on new challenges with a positive attitude
