Intern: Project Management Coordinator
EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the Corporate Projects team at our Home Office in Columbia, MO for the summer of 2025
Responsibilities
We offer a flexible internship that will allow you to learn our business from the ground up while working on a series of team and independent projects.
Project Coordination Support
Track progress on project deliverables and provide regular updates to project managers.
Help coordinate team meetings, create agendas, and document meeting minutes.
Documentation and Reporting
Assist in creating reports and dashboards to communicate project progress to stakeholders.
Ensure that all project-related documents are organized and stored appropriately
Resource and Task Management
Assist in assigning and tracking tasks for team members.
Coordinate with team members to ensure that tasks are completed on time and within scope.
Tool and Software Support
Use project management tools (such as Monday.com) to track project progress.
Assist in setting up and maintaining project management software for tracking tasks, timelines, and milestones.
Learning and Development
Attend training sessions, workshops, and meetings to develop project management skills.
Shadow experienced project managers to learn about different project management methodologies.

What Youre Working With:
Must be actively working toward a Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Business, Communication, Management, Marketing or related field
Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
You have excellent communication skills
You have high attention to detail
Proficient in Google Suite
You are highly organized and able to multitask
You have a strong desire to take on new challenges with a positive attitude.
