Avera is looking for a Patient Care Technician – Med/Surg Unit to join our Team!

Job Summary

The Patient Care Tech is responsible for providing quality patient care and assistance to the RN/LPN in caring for the personal needs of patients of all ages including newborn, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric, under the direction and supervision of the RN/LPN.

Education and/or Experience

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Licensure/Certification/Registration

Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.

Work Schedule

Rotating shifts, every third weekend, every third holiday; PRN (as needed)

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$17.50 – $23.00
