Expected hours are Monday 8:30AM – 5:30PM, Tuesday 8:15AM – 5:30PM, Friday 8:15AM – 5:30PM, and Saturday 8:30AM – 12:30PM. With some flexibility for weekday shifts.Compensation Range: $18.00/hr. – $ 22.00/hr. Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location or special skills Location: Position is on-site at our Norwich Branch which is located at 5411 State Highway 12. Responsibilities/Duties:The focus is delivering exceptional service to our members while facilitating various transactions with precision and efficiency.Serving as a frontline representative of the organization, you uphold the highest standards of professionalism, focusing on creating a positive member centric experience.Requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.Minimum Qualifications & Experience:High school diploma with 1-3 years of related experience.Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs.Proficient with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, PCs, etc.Visions remains committed to the aspects of diversity and inclusion and will consider alternative education and experiencePreferred Qualifications & Experience:An associate degree preferred.Previous customer service or sales experience.Were more than banking.
