The Lead Analyst role offers a diverse range of responsibilities within Global Workplaces and Real Estate (GWRE), encompassing both Real Estate and Workplace Service Centers of Excellence (COEs). Key tasks include conducting financial and qualitative analysis, tracking rent-related costs, reporting on workplace utilization, and providing project support. The position involves some travel (a few days per month) and requires frequent interaction with local GWRE and Finance partners globally.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

Travel as needed for office visits to maintain workplace service levels.

Collect, record, and analyze office rent invoices and CPI adjustments from landlords and finance partners globally.

Support project development by creating business cases, financial models, and presentations using Microsoft Office 365.

Assist in benchmarking and workplace utilization metrics collection, analysis, and reporting.

Participate in GWRE calls and help deliver action item outcomes.

Maintain a list of office addresses associated with registrations, licenses, and artwork.

Provide financial and analytical support for Global Workplaces and Real Estate (GWRE).

Contribute to achieving functional goals by gaining a solid understanding of Viatris and GWRE.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

Bachelors degree (or equivalent) with a specialization in Finance/Accounting, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred. Three to five years of experience with Financial or Data Analysis required. Related experience and/or education may be considered.

Experience in the real estate sector, ideally in real estate & facilities management, with strong international budget management history in fast changing business environments.

Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced organization.

Multi-tasker with ability to excel working both independently and in team environment.

Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
