Earn $19/hour 
Position Details 
Schedule: PRN, flexible Monday-Friday 
The Certified Peer Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting individuals recovering from mental illness. They have navigated their own journey of mental health recovery and are able to offer invaluable personal insights to consumers. Peer specialists, drawing from their firsthand experiences, offer a distinctive viewpoint that enriches peer support services.
Duties and Responsibilities
 Identify areas of need and tailor interventions to promote well-being and independence.  
 Provide direct care, assisting clients in achieving their mental health recovery goals. 
 Communicate, document, and review client cases with supervisors.
 Work one on one with individuals on service planning and goal completion. 
 Assist clients with completing their Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP).

 A Peer Specialist Certification is required
 Lived experience in personal mental health recovery 
 Must have a high school diploma or GED
 Valid Drivers License
