The Associate Director, Promotional Review leads the Promotional Review Department strategy, initiatives, and innovation for the end to end promotional material development, review and approval process. The incumbent will forge strong interpersonal relationships with internal and external business partners, aligning on strategic business imperatives for impact, demonstrate effective leadership enabling optimal performance of team members to provide an environment which encourages the companys dedication to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and equal employment opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrates effective leadership and performance management over a team of direct reports for performance, engagement and retainment.

Accountable for the effective management of contractors and extended collaboration partners to ensure fully compliant and high-quality process and outcome.

Develops and empowers a collaborative team culture by proactively encouraging opportunities for innovation, learning and professional growth

Promotional Review Leadership and Stakeholder Management:

Accountable for leading all aspects of promotional review operations for the assigned therapeutic ares (TA), business or brands

Guide and coach direct reports to ensure compliance with company, legal and federal regulations and in adherence to defined processes.

Drive effective partnerships and strategic alignment with business and cross-functional leaders on business and resource priorities to support portfolio and pipeline growth, and strategic launch excellence.

Strategic Initiatives, Project Management & Communication:

Experienced in Agile ways of work to drive co-creation, strategic thinking and continuous improvement, as well as collaborate to develop and implement transformational projects.

Leverage and synthesize data analytics to formulate and communicate a compelling value proposition and insights delivered through storytelling to various levels in the organization

Employ change enablement skills to implement strategies for effecting and sustaining change.

Qualifications

Education:

A minimum of a Bachelors degree is required, Advance degree (MA/MBA) is preferred

Experience and Skills:

Required:

A minimum of 7 years in the healthcare industry with experience in areas such as Promotional Review, Marketing, Sales, Process Excellence, Project Management, Training, Operations, Agency, Regulatory, Legal, or Healthcare Compliance

Proven people management and cross-functional collaboration leadership experience

Growth mindset; creativity and innovation; analytic / critical thinking, problem solver, collaboration, and partnership builder

Skilled process and project management experience, with working knowledge in finance and budgeting

Experience with marketing and promotion process management technology platforms, digital & data analytic and Agile way of working

Influencing and negotiation skills without direct reporting relationship

Manage relationship and partner with vendors related to promotional review process work

Communicating and influencing key stakeholders, including senior management from Marketing, Regulatory, etc.

Preferred:

Influencing and interpersonal relationship with solid training and coaching experience

Agile scrum and agile lean marketing experiences

Artificial Intelligence (AI) application and integration with commercial processes

Other:

This role requires up to 10% travel

Flexible to travel and work in both Titusville, NJ and Horsham PA office locations

The anticipated base pay range for this position is 120,000 to 207,000.

The compensation and benefits information set forth in this posting applies to candidates hired in the United States. Candidates hired outside the United States will be eligible for compensation and benefits in accordance with their local market.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporations performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Companys discretion on an individual basis.

Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.

Employees may be eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation up to 120 hours per calendar year

Sick time – up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington up to 56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time – up to 40 hours per calendar year
