Role Summary:

Production Supervisors direct activities are within the operations team as it relates to production, inventory management, and quality. These highly motivated individuals ensure efficient production while promoting and working safely within established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities Include:

Production planning in different work centers.

Will be responsible for make sure things stay on track, which also includes scheduling of the work and ensuring tasks are completed based on customer needs.

Statistical control of the process.

Management of KPIs (utilization, efficiency, productivity, scrap, rework).

Analysis for the solution of problems in lean manufacturing.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

BS or BA Degree in relevant field and 5-7 years relevant experience

Mechanical or industrial engineer.

Basic knowledge of CNC lathes and mills.

Experience with ISO-9000-14000

Knowledge of lean manufacturing

Excellent knowledge of Excel.

Preferred Experience/Skills:

Desirable knowledge of welding standards (AWS, ASME)

Small machine shop experience

Repair focused
