Key Responsibilities:
Build, manage, and optimize traditional marketing channels focused on delivering value-add content to each of our target verticals specifically through the management of tradeshows, and development and execution of webinars, presentations, and new marketing collateral.
Build and execute company social media plans; build and manage organic and paid social media campaigns; develop unique content to drive brand awareness and engagement to include testimonial and educational videos, and compelling infographic content.
Lead the development and publication of internal vertical end market training material, facility audit packages, PowerPoint presentation libraries, and Brand Central; heavily supporting sales teams’ needs from a collateral perspective.
Coordination and management of tradeshows with a keen focus on lead generation and driving brand awareness to each of our target verticals.Preparation, coordination, management of registrations, promotional items, and logistics for marketing events, trade shows, conferences and webinars. Manage venue arrangements, budget tracking, materials preparation, and vendor management.
Coordination and contract management of all commercial memberships and sponsorships including renewals, implementing all membership/sponsorship benefits, monitoring participation, ensuring the company is taking full advantage of opportunities offered by the organizations.
Manage lead generation subscriptions and other marketing support tools and programs and ensure full utilization to include coordination, tracking, contract management of all lead generation subscriptions and tools used by the commercial team. Coordination and management of digital business cards ensuring brand standards, content accuracy, and lead generation benefits. Fulfillment of RCRA DOT online trainings available to customers – campaign management, tracking, reporting, vendor management; and the company’s retail literature packages and distribution offering.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
7 years of experience in a marketing or related role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven experience in content writing
In-depth knowledge of social media marketing and experience with the management of social media platforms and Hootsuite
Ability to think creatively and contribute to the development of innovative marketing strategies.
Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Salary: $104,000 – $119,000
