Senior Director, Business Analytics, Reporting and Data Strategy

Position Summary:
Reporting to the VP Global Insights & Analytics, you will lead the global CSLB business analytics teams supporting above market Medical, Market Access, pricing and tolling/tendering strategy functions. You will be the business lead for Insights360 program (CSL Behring’s commercial data warehouse and business intelligence solution) as well as drive it’s continuous awareness, usage and improvements. You will lead and drive CSL Behring’s commercial data strategy and governance.
Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Lead insight generation to inform CSLBproduct allocations and tender/contract responses; optimize price, volume and margin for CSLB portfolio
Responsible for the development and execution of Global Commercial data governance and data strategy for CSL. Defining the data strategy will include end to end guidelines on how we acquire, manage, process and act on the internal as well as external data.
Lead the global commercial reporting function supporting insight generation across CSLB portfolio of product portfolio generating >$10b in annual revenue.
Champion continuous enhancement of commercial reporting infrastructure ensuring pertinent delivery of insights critical to successful business execution across all commercial stakeholders efficiently and at scale
Responsible for establishing and leading teams across international borders with onshore and offshore resources.
Collaborate with I&T to drive continuous improvement and innovation within commercial data & reporting eco-system
Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s degree preferred in a scientific or business field
15 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry. 10 years experience in commercial I&A related roles including those with leadership responsibilities.
Strong interpersonal skills to quickly build rapport and credibility with CSL leaders and key external stakeholders.
Knowledge of relevant business, legal, compliance and regulatory requirements
Multiple years experience leading and managing teams in an international environment and with matrixed, cross-functional teams
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities
Familiarity with global regulations and cultural nuances
