As the Global Head GMASE (Global Monitoring and Site Engagement) Performance you will partner with the Head of GMASE, the GMASE LT and across the organization, to make both them and their LT as effective as possible.
Key responsibilities:
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
Business management of the GMASE LT including active engagement as part of the team, facilitating Agile embedding a culture of the same, transformation efforts, and managing overall performance.
Lead with the Head of GMASE as well as his/her LT to manage GMASE specific critical value drivers across portfolio in partnership with other Clinical Operation functions
Support delivery of the portfolio to Upper Quartile performance
Effective communication around activities with GMASE, key initiatives and engagement with the broader organization.
In partnership with Clinical Communications, develop a globally oriented internal communications and engagement strategy for GMASE to ensure that All Hands, Lets Talk, digital channels etc. are leveraged to ensure the LT is visible, engaged, accessible and true dialogue takes place.
Ability to effectively manage interactions with peers/partners, ensuring that optimal cooperation exists for achieving R&D goals, that critical information on the priorities of the portfolio is shared, aligned and integrated, and that the required resources and the organizational capacity are available at the right time (incl. ability to navigate decisions and/or their execution through multiple parties).
Why you?Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Bachelors degree / Advanced degree in the life sciences, Business, or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years pharmaceutical R&D or related industry experience with a minimum of 5 years experience in clinical or project management experience or study planning and start up optimization.
Demonstrated minimum 5 years of experience with finance, business development, IT, change management, process design, organizational development, or consulting are beneficial.
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
Master or PhD, with MBA or equivalent.
Qualification in Project Management.
Professional Project Management (PMP)
Proven track record in complex strategy development and excellence in implementation.
High level of personal integrity and the ability to handle highly confidential information appropriately.
