Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Jr. Technical Hardware Inventory Analyst to join our team based out of Chantilly, VA. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assist in Baseline process to include Market Research, Hardware Testing, Product Evaluation, Documentation, and Support. Respond to customer promptly and professionally via ServiceNow Tickets. Timely resolution of tasks and assignments with minimal supervision. Follow step-by-step install guide instructions as part of QA procedures. Train site personnel in proper use of hardware. Update necessary installation guides and Knowledge Base Articles. Install Microsoft Windows OS on desktop workstations. Customer service focused interaction with client. Responsible for inventory equipment and cycle count Assist in annual inventory Up to 5% Local Travel in the DC metropolitan area to customer sites to perform deployment activities such as site surveys, hardware and software installs as needed. Minimum Qualifications: 3 years of experience in Information Technology. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding and application of troubleshooting methodologies. 5 years of warehouse experience High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members in a professional environment. Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making. Experience in Customer Service. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Productivity applications, Team, SharePoint, Outlook, etc. Preferred Qualifications: Associate or bachelor’s degree highly preferred. One or more technical certifications (CompTIA A, Network, Security, etc.) highly preferred. Clearance Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret clearance. A current and active Secret clearance strongly preferred. Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in stationary position for up to 50% of the time. Must be able to deliver clear and effective communication both verbally and non-verbally to deliver updates; briefings; or interface with co-workers; leadership as well as customer. Must be able to work in an office environment and be able to freely move within this space to utilize office equipment as well as interface with co-workers and customer. Must be able to effectively use IT peripherals such as laptop, desktop, printer, fax machine, etc. Must be able to deliver presentations as needed. Must be able to review; decipher and understand program manuals; software/hardware manuals; training manuals; etc. The majority of work will be performed within a professional office environment. However, this positioncan require the individual to lift and move computer and other equipment up to 50 lbs. in weight, as well as being able to push a wheeled dolly with multiple computer systems loaded. Position may require bending, kneeling, or crawling to get to cables under/behind furniture and server racks.
