What You’ll Do (Besides Save the Day): – Oversee nursing units: Think of yourself as the conductor of a well-oiled orchestra—ensuring each nurse and team member plays their part to perfection. – Medication administration: Yes, you’ll keep things flowing safely and on time. Patients and meds trust you, and so do we. – Documentation: If charting were an Olympic sport, you’d have the gold medal. – Resident care supervision: You’ll keep an eye on resident care plans like a hawk (a friendly hawk). Who You Are: – A Registered Nurse Extraordinaire: You’ve got the license and the experience to back it up. RN License in MD

2 years rn experience

Supervisor/Management Experience Preferred
