What You’ll Be Doing:

– Guiding and supporting our residents and their families through the long-term care process like a pro.

– Using your organizational wizardry to juggle multiple tasks while keeping a smile on your face.

– Navigating long-term care regulations like a boss – and knowing exactly what our residents need to live their best lives.

– Leading with compassion, empathy, and a customer service mindset.

What We’re Looking For:

– A master of multitasking, organization, and teamwork

– A natural communicator who loves working with people and problem-solving

– Knowledge of long-term care regulations (bonus points if you know them inside out!)

– Preferably a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in the great state of Maryland

– Passion for providing the best care possible in a skilled nursing setting
