ManTech is seeking a Management Analyst II to provide program execution support across a portfolio of innovative projects enabling the Marine Corps. Join an elite, dynamic team where you can truly make an impact on our Nations security by supporting mission critical programs and helping the team solve some of the toughest problems critical to our great Nation’s security.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop or assist in developing project/ program/ portfolio execution artifacts such as; work breakdown structures, project schedules, resource plans, risk management plans, configuration management plans, budgets, and other Project Management Plan documentation in order to meet contractual, project, program, and portfolio requirements as assigned. Identify deliverable requirements, determine delivery schedules, coordinate production, maintain traceability, assess quality, route for review and then facilitate government acceptance of deliverables. Monitor and report on activities to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met. Support the efficient and effective management and coordination of numerous outputs from Information-centric projects. Assist Program Manager and other Program Management Office stakeholders with coordination, information flow, monitoring of task progress and other activities as directed Stay current with Defense Travel regulations and assist contractor staff with their travel logistics. Document and maintain administrative and contractual policies, templates, and standard operating and desktop procedures. Assist with ensuring awareness and compliance with Government regulations and directives. Provide recommendations for correcting or improving contract-related operations, planning, and decision making.Minimum Qualifications: Active DoD Top Secret w/ SCI security clearance Bachelor’s Degree (7 years’ professional administrative experience), Associate’s Degree (9 years’ professional administrative experience), or High School Diploma (12 years’ professional administrative experience). Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as facilitation and organizational skills. Ability to support, brief, and interact competently and clearly with senior Military and Civilian leadership. Experience coordinating and scheduling complex schedules with a focus on proper time management, efficiency, feasiblity and ability to meet leadership intent towards mission accomplishment. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel) to be able to effectively review and edit division correspondence for changes in spelling, grammar, punctuation, word usage and correct format style for the intended audience in accordance with USMC policy and procedures; calendar management, and task management. Familiar with travel coordination and processes for Department of Defense personnel and contractors. Extensive knowledge and experience in reviewing, improving, and documenting organizational process improvements. Familiarity with DoD acquisition life cycle and contracts. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well independently and in a collaborative team environmentPreferred Skills/Experience: Experience with cost estimating, cost/benefit analysis, and PPBE process Familiarity with Information and Knowledge Management tools and processes Experience with supporting large interdisciplinary technical teams Project Management Institute Professional (PMP) preferred Experience with CMMI, or other process improvement frameworks, and their associated activities DAU (or other equivalent program) Level I certification requirements in Program Management or Acquisition Familiarity with Navy/Marine Corps operations and organization is preferredClearance Requirements: This role requires an active DoD TS/ SCI Security Clearance w/ CI Poly.Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
