Materials Management Coord

Manages and coordinates a variety of purchasing activities to include efficient procurement activities involving
the ordering of supplies, both medical and non-medical. The Materials Management Coordinator is
responsible for contract compliance, assisting in researching vendor price changes and discrepancies and
reporting those to the Director, inventory control and compilation of data for related reports and analytics.

Minimum Education
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Associates degree with one year of basic accounting and math skills
preferred. One year of purchasing experience required.
Required Skills
Warehouse experience helpful . Shipping, receiving and stocking experience preferred. Computer inventory
system and internet experience is a plus. Excellent customer service skills are crucial.
