Description:
• Document maintenance: File clerks keep documents up to date, accurate, and secure. They may also remove old files or archive them as needed.
• Document retrieval: File clerks locate and retrieve documents for other employees or departments. They may also record when documents are borrowed and returned.
• Document conversion: File clerks convert hard copies of documents into digital files, and then return the original documents to their owners.
• Document scanning: File clerks may scan paper documents and verify that they are clear and legible.
• Document protection: File clerks may secure and protect the privacy of documents.
• Office tasks: File clerks may perform other general office tasks, such as answering phones, processing mail, or operating office machines
Qualifications:
-1-2 years of experince with organization, filing, admin tasks
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
