Production Assembler

1st Shift: 7am-3:30pm
Pay: $19/hr (1$ pay increase after 120 days)
offering 10 hours of OT/wk
Assembler Job Description
1. Produces components by assembling parts and subassemblies.
2. Electrical wiring and integrating electrical wires into products (nothing complex – very basic wiring).
3. Use hand tools such as crimps, stakes, screws, bolts, rivets, welds, solders, cements, press fits, or similar hand tools.
4. Mount assembled components, such as transformers, resistors, transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits and sockets on chassis panels.
5. Connect component wires to circuits and connect wires between individual component leads.
6. Install finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases and cabinets.
7. Position or align components and parts.
8. Use hand tools or machines to assemble parts.
9. Conduct quality control checks.
10. Clean and maintain work area and equipment, including tools.
11. Prepare work to be accomplished by studying parts lists and gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
