Staging and Configuration Analyst

Job Description

The Staging & Configuration Analyst performs a wide variety of tasks related to our Technology Solution Center including staging & configuration, depot repair and other technical hardware assembly functions. Responsible for the proper and accurate configuration of IT Hardware and meeting production goals.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

 Updating status of devices in various software systems

 Device handling such as unboxing, connecting, powering, labeling, and recording information

 Coordinate with Customers, Team members and Engineers to troubleshoot and improve staging and configuration processes.

 Perform repairs, RMA & OBF processes for customer, supplier, manufacturers.

 Install components into PCs, Switches, Routers, Servers, Mobile and other devices.

 Assemble and kit Racks, Backboards, and other equipment.

 Load images, configurations and firmware onto PCs, Switches, Routers, Servers, Mobile and other devices.

 Provide back-up support to other roles within the team, through cross-functional training and ongoing updates in that area.

Education and Experience

 High School Diploma or equivalent, technical training, military experience, or college desired.

 Excellent computer and communication skills.

 Microsoft, or Other Office Suite Software. A Certification null
