Randstad is looking for someone ASAP to work a 6-8 month contract in the Human Resources department for a client in the north Fayette County area. You MUST HAVE experience with HR Law and SOX Compliance, knowledge of HRIS systems and demonstrate a high level of confidentiality. salary: $22 – $24 per hour

work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities

Support the HR Manager/Director with administrative duties for the Human Resources department

Assist with screening candidates and scheduling interviews

Answering internal and external HR related questions and requests

Assist with payroll administratioin

Maintaining and updating employee records in an HRIS system

Knowledge of Union Law is a PLUS

Proficient is MS Office is a MUST HAVE

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Skills

Human Resources (4 years of experience is required)

MS Office (4 years of experience is required)

HR Law and Compliance (4 years of experience is required)

Onboarding Paperwork (2 years of experience is required)
